Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack with Care
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix the Label
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed once the items reach our studio.
